3D IMAGES LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “Controller” where GDPR applies) operates the 3dimages.ai application at https://app.3dimages.ai.

Agreement

By creating an account or using the 3dimages app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

3dimages lets you create and host 3D product viewers for ecommerce: upload or generate models, configure a viewer, publish an embed, and ship it on your store. Features and limits depend on your plan.

Data processing (merchants)

When you embed a viewer on your storefront, you decide what product data is shown and whether to use embed analytics. For personal data relating to your shoppers that we process on your behalf (e.g. embed event signals, technical logs), you are the data controller and we act as a data processor, processing only on your documented instructions (using the product as intended). You must provide any required notices to shoppers and have a lawful basis for your use of the embed.

For your 3dimages account (email, billing, content you upload), we are the controller — see our Privacy Policy. A separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may be required for your jurisdiction or enterprise customers; contact us to request one.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
  • Sign-in is via email/password and/or Google OAuth, as offered in the app.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your content

  • You retain ownership of models, images, and other content you upload.
  • You grant us permission to host, process, transform, and display that content as needed to run the service (including AI generation and public embeds you publish).
  • You must have rights to the content you upload and must not infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy.

Acceptable use

Do not:

  • Break the law or others’ rights.
  • Attempt to bypass security, quotas, or access controls.
  • Abuse embed or API endpoints (e.g. excessive automated traffic).
  • Upload malware or use the service to distribute harmful code.

Plans & billing

Paid plans (Pro, Max) are billed through Stripe on a subscription basis. Prices shown in the app (e.g. Pro $19/month, Max $79/month) are indicative; the amount charged is determined by your Stripe checkout. Taxes may apply per Stripe and your location.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions via the billing portal in Settings. When a subscription ends, your account may revert to the free tier and limits may apply (e.g. watermarks or quotas).

Refund and chargeback rules follow Stripe and our support response — contact us for billing disputes.

Embeds on third-party sites

Published viewers may be embedded on your storefront. You are responsible for your site’s compliance (including privacy notices and, where required, consent for any tracking you or third parties run on your site). Our embed route does not show the 3dimages cookie banner; see the Cookie Policy for cookieless embed analytics we operate as processor.

Availability & changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you use the free tier only).

Termination

You may delete your account at any time under Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
