3D IMAGES LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “Controller” where GDPR applies) operates the 3dimages.ai application at https://app.3dimages.ai.

Scope

This policy covers cookies and similar technologies on the 3dimages app (dashboard, editor, settings, sign-in, and legal pages). It does not cover cookies set by your ecommerce platform or other sites where you embed our viewer.

Strictly necessary

These are required for the app to work:

  • Supabase auth — session cookies for sign-in.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — when enabled on auth flows.
  • UI preferences — e.g. theme and sidebar state (browser storage or short-lived cookies).
  • Consent record — cookie 3dimages_cookie_consent_v1 stores your choice, policy version (2), and timestamp. Valid for up to 12 months, then we ask again.

Analytics (optional)

PostHog runs only if you choose Allow analytics (equal prominence with Essential only in our banner). That may include page views, click autocapture, session replay (inputs masked), and when signed in your user ID and email. Withdrawing consent stops PostHog, calls opt-out and reset(), and ends session recording. Manage anytime via .

If you choose Essential only, we do not load PostHog on the app. Embed viewers still send cookieless product events (e.g. views) via sendBeacon — not linked to a shopper account.

Error monitoring

Sentry may run on app and embed routes to log crashes. Default PII sending is off in our deployment template. Legal basis: legitimate interests — see Privacy Policy.

Fonts & sign-in

The app loads fonts from Fontshare and Google Fonts; those providers may receive technical data (e.g. IP address) per their own policies. Google OAuth (if you use it) is subject to Google's policies when you sign in.

Embedded viewers

The viewer at /embed/… does not show this banner and does not load PostHog. We may receive anonymous embed events via a cookieless sendBeacon request — see the Privacy Policy (merchant as controller).
